The public is welcome to attend. Visitors will be routed to the Lyman Gate (guest gate), off of Kunia Rd., for a temporary pass from the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) that expires at midnight on the date of issue. In order to obtain a visitor pass, all passengers must have valid ID, excluding keiki. All drivers must possess a valid operator’s license, vehicle safety inspection document, registration document and proof of no-fault insurance. Rental Vehicles must have the no-fault insurance statement in their agreement or in possession of their personal vehicle insurance card. Artists will be set up at the entrance. Inside the facility there is a food court that includes but not limited to Philly Steaks, Burger King, Subway, Boston Market, Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins. Military\DOD IDs not required to make purchases from these vendors including all others outside the main PX store.
